From Universidad del Magdalena and our Bioceanic Institute for Regenerative Development, BIO ReD, together with the International Campus of Excellence of the Sea - CEI-MAR, we are committed to continuously strengthening maritime research and consolidating Colombia as a key actor in generating sea-related knowledge. We are a bioceanic nation with extraordinary potential, contributing not only to building a blue future but also to the present.

In this sense, InnovAzul Caribe 2026 works on the constant creation of knowledge based on R&D&I and on strengthening ties with all sectors of society, because we all share the responsibility to support and contribute to consolidating the Blue Economy in Colombia, Latin America, and the world, with the ultimate goal of regenerative development based on the sea and nature.
